What does career advancement actually look like in massage therapy?

This week, Amy sits down with Allison Denney, founder of Rebel Massage, to talk about something our profession doesn't discuss very often: there really isn't a traditional career ladder waiting for us.

Amy and Allison have both spent decades in massage therapy and have built very different careers by creating opportunities that weren't already there.

If massage therapy doesn't give you a career ladder, how do you build your own?
