How to Overcome Burnout as a Massage Therapist

In this episode, we talk about  a very real issue in our field; BURNOUT. In my coaching business, I get calls from therapists  who don't know how to get out out of or away from being burned out - they want OUT the situation they find themselves in. These amazing people are overwhelmed and need to change but have no idea where to start. 

As I will talk about in this podcast, burn out is a multifaceted problem. Its a feeling of being overwhelmed ALL THE TIME. But you can start changing all of that today simply by altering a few things that you are probably doing in your business and with your clients that is creating the burnout you feel.
